Availability
Although we are usually able to ship your order on the following day, occasionally demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via e-mail. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional shipping charges.
Please note that prices on chefspantryonline.com are subject to change without notice.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return your item(s), we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the unopened items.
Return the product to the address below via UPS or Parcel Post (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. Be sure to complete the return form on the back of the invoice and include it with your package. All components of a gift set or collection must be returned.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge. If you return your item(s) by Parcel Post, please use the following address:

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request; however, if the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or revised. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will gladly accept your return of items. Please follow the instructions under Returns and Exchanges.
Gift Orders
Your personalized message will be enclosed with each gift order. It may be necessary to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value within a gift collection in order to meet your requested delivery date. If you would like to order a custom gift box, please call our Langley store at 360 221-2060.
Gift Certificates

We will send the gift card via UPS Ground service in a handsome mailer with your personal message and information about our store and website. The shipping charge for gift cards is $5.00 each regardless of gift card amount. Credit cards are not charged until your order ships, and at that time, the correct amount for shipping is charged.
You can redeem a gift card on our website or in person at our retail store. On the website, the gift card number and 3 digit access code will be entered under the Payment Information section of checkout. At our retail store, simply present it when you make a purchase. Corporate Gift Program
Businesses ordering over $500 of gifts are eligible for a special discount. Please contact us for details.
Shipping Times
In-stock items ordered before 3:30 pm EST are usually shipped the next day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. All items are shipped from Langley, WA with the exception of items that ship directly from our purveyors. Items shipped directly from our purveyors may require up to 24 hours of additional time to ship. Items that come from purveyors are so noted in the product description. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.
- Under normal conditions, orders placed before 3:30 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
- Orders placed after 3:30 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship two days after the order date.
- Orders placed after 3:30 pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on the weekend. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total cost of your order, as illustrated in the following table. Gift certificates are an exception: The shipping charge is $5.00 per gift card regardless of the card amount. We will adjust the charge to your credit card accordingly upon receipt of your order. All other items in your order will incur shipping charges based upon total order amount according to the schedule below. All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Langley, WA with the exception of items that ship directly from our purveyors.
Delivery Surcharges: Certain items are oversized or heavy and are more costly to ship. These items have a delivery surcharge noted in parentheses after the price of the item. Please note this delivery surcharge is in addition to our standard delivery charges.

Shipping Restrictions
We are not able to ship to locations outside of the U.S., to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are determined by delivery area and require additional charges. Therefore, total shipping charges listed for these states are estimates.
